I find things I want, but will never have.

Probably one of the most mundane, albeit most realistic things I’ve ever posted on Shopperist…
I desperately want these 1969 jeans from Gap. My short legs long for something fun on the inside of jean cuffs and some magical genius clothing designer has answered my call. Totally affordable and, to be quite honest, “back to school shopping” does in fact apply to first semester graduate students.

I just love Etsy so much. Literally, anything you want you can find there, handmade.
I always boast that I’m not a fan of anything nautical-themed, but I’ve been finding more and more that I guess…. I am? Anyway, this ring is adorable and I want it so badly!

I’m going to need the Alexander McQueen Cruise 2011 collection to find its way into my closet.
Specifically these two pieces.

My inability to walk gracefully in heels aside…
I need these pumps in my life.
Never had I imagined such gorgeous nude heels in my closet, but these by Jessica Simpson need to find their way in there.

As move in date with my partner in crime approaches (August 7th is so not far away!), I’ve been looking at more and more things to get to decorate!

Our second bedroom is going to be our computer room, and this precious little usb hub from Fred Flare would fit on my new desk, right next to my new iMac, so beautifully.

Once again, I’ve found something marvelous from ModCloth. And, once again, it’s sold out. That’s alright though because truthfully I don’t need another summer dress… I just want one.

Ok, so this is a bit of a cheating post because I already have a pair of these sandals.
But they are incredible and I want a million more pair.
Sanuk makes some of the most whimsical sandals (not shoes) and these are definitely awesome. They’re made out of the same material as a yoga mat, so it feels like you’re walking on air (or, I guess, a yoga mat). Either way, they’re insanely comfortable and feel amazing. The only problem I’ve found so far is that they do get your feet pretty warm, but that’s probably just your inner energy (any yoga-ers out there get me?).
Anyway, I got them at my local REI store for like $30, it looks like they’re selling to solids on the site for $26 and the Safari prints (of which I want both) for $32. Totally worth it. I want them all!

I will never stop loving ModCloth. Unless, of course, they continuously run out of the dresses I want in the sizes I want at the price I want to pay… before I get the chance to even know the item was created.

Alright, I was going to cop-out and post about these shoes today, but that would be cheating since it’s a given I want them (they may or may not be the exact shoes my mom and I got matching tattoos of. They probably are though).
But because I’m no cheater, I found something else to update with! Introducing items from Anthropologie’s new Passage to India collection. Cute, brightly colored clothing and accessories that make me feel like wearing them would put me right into “Darjeeling Limited.”
This necklace is frickin adorable and while I don’t usually wear statement pieces (because I never know how to pair them), I would consider getting this.
